On a recent trip down south, we uncovered the OCMart with its great mix of newly opened boutiques. The thriving community lives up to its claim as "a vibrant gathering of like-minded creative vendors." This dress from Deer Lovely was one of my favorites, perfect for a Palm Springs weekend or LA poolside.
