Was apartment shopping this weekend, and finally got the chance to peer inside the fancy new apartment complex in Marina Del Rey. Stella was envisioned and built by a team of locally-based developers, architects and designers that have come together to introduce an entirely new residential concept to the Marina. Forward thinking, avant architecture, high design, elemental influences and intriguing gathering spaces — all creating a look, style and experience that makes Stella a unique destination. 

I was especially drawn to the commissioned Stina Persson murals and identity materials that promote the modern complex. There is nothing I love more than seeing vibrant room size watercolors.
