BONNIE & NEIL

A friend of mine directed me to the Bonnie and Neil website and I was blown away by their bold approach to silkscreen. Bonnie and neil is a Melbourne studio that creates beautiful, handcrafted products for the home. Inspiration for the current range of bonnie and neil prints comes from Australian flora and fauna. Bonnie’s background as a florist and textile designer shows in the use of both floral and geometric patterns. I love how she uses patterns otherwise overlooked in everyday life.

I am actually taking a silkscreen class this semester again, so I hope to get my hands dirty and play with some paint!
